Motivation and Mission
I am the Founder of The Hugge Hug and a Custom Wellness Designer devoted to helping people restore, explore, and thrive. As a Movement Educator, Breath Coach, and Author of Breath Prayers, I create experiences that honor God as the original source of health and wholeness.
Through my signature C.P.R. Framework — Care, Play, and Rest — I guide clients into mindful movement, breath practices, creative explorations, and restorative experiences that meet them exactly where they are. From one-on-one sessions to creative workshops, my work is rooted in nurturing presence, sparking curiosity, and creating spaces of comfort, connection, and renewal.
My mission is to spark curiosity in the soul, inspire commitment in the body, and enhance connection in the heart. I believe that true wellness weaves together rest, play, joy, love, beauty, creativity, and faith — helping us return to a well body and a sense of wellbeing.
